CellTracker and DiGi Announce Another Success Story in Malaysia

DiGi Telecommunications has appointed CellTracker, a leading network software solution for network Rollout and ongoing management to manage its Transmission Capacity Planning throughout the country.

Network Rollout WorkFlow is used by DiGi to manage the complete Rollout process of Radio Planning, Site Planning, Construction and Telecom Implementation to produce sites ready to go On-Air. An automated Interface to Aircom Asset completes the integration with Radio Planning.

The system was implemented in under three months using CellTracker’s Modules and Development software.

CellTracker allows DiGi to drill down and see connections between equipment. Beyond that, DiGi can see and modify detailed configuration information. Data has been migrated from many disparate data sources, including Access, Excel and PowerPoint into a single CellTracker database, fully integrated with the previous WorkFlow data. As sites are completed by WorkFlow, they are immediately available for integration into Capacity Planning.
