How do I check if a cell phone number is with a certain carrier?

I have so far found the website for Cingular/AT&T and Verizon:
Cingular/AT&T:

Verizon:

Is there a website for T-Mobile and Sprint/Nextel? I know fonefinder can do that but it’s more accurate with the carrier’s websites, since some people could port their numbers.
