FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Advanced Productivity Software, Inc. Announces Release of Online LookUp Web Track

Atlanta, GA – Advanced Productivity Software, Inc. (APS) is proud to announce the release of Web Track, its latest addition to the Online LookUp award-winning family. Web Track tracks and recovers electronic research costs and usage through Microsoft’s Internet Explorer web browser, allowing firms to “tag” specified internet web sites for tracking and client billing purposes.

Jim Tharpe, President of APS, states, “Online LookUp continues to grow in popularity due to its great time-saving benefits of accurately tracking and recording research time as it happens. As more firms realize that failure to track and recover electronic research costs can result in significant loss of revenue for their organization, they are turning to our products.”

WebTrack serves as a bridge between tracking usage of online services and accurately accumulating that data to be posted to client accounts. For example, a Dunn & Bradstreet search can now be tagged with a client validation number, tracking the user of that site to a particular client. This client validation number will then appear on the firm’s billing statement.

“Web Track is simply an extension of a product category that we started many years ago,” continued Tharpe. “Our line of productivity enhancing products continues to expand as a direct result of what our customers and the industry dictate. As a result, a product for the most popular Internet browser available today was the logical next step for our Online LookUp product.”

Online LookUp allows firms to control research costs by accurately recording online research and Internet usage, access to online services and CD-ROM research costs. Tracking begins automatically whenever the user launches their web browser or research program. Users choose an active validation ID before the session begins and research time is then tracked and recorded as it happens. Administrative time is no longer wasted trying to match session times with applicable clients or matters. Reporting options are also available for client chargeback, cost justification, internal cost control or usage documentation.

Online LookUp is also available in a Network Edition and an SQL Edition, which allows users to access existing SQL Tables for validation information.

About Advanced Productivity Software:

APS has been in the forefront of the legal and professional services markets since 1990 with technologically advanced time entry, time keeping and time tracking software. More than 70,000 users worldwide currently run such well-known APS products as Distributed Time Entry (DTE), DTE/SQL, DTE InHand for the PalmPilot, Online LookUp and most recently RollCall 2000 (a staff time and attendance product). For more information about the highly respected APS family of affordable and innovative time keeping products, please call 800-783-9231 or visit the company’s web site at http://www.aps-soft.com.

The Mobile Marketing Group Announces New Home Locator Lookup (HLR) Service

London, Greater London (PRWEB UK) 21 June 2011

Effective communication provides the basis for any successful business. For many companies, maintaining an up-to-date list of customer contacts can help ensure that they don’t end up wasting time and money contacting invalid numbers. To solve this problem, The Mobile Marketing Group has today announced a brand new HLR service.

The innovative web-based Home Locator Lookup service is designed for those in the Bulk SMS and Database processing sector, such as telemarketing, fraud prevention and consumer data providers.

HLR services aren’t uncommon. However many are overly complicated, inaccurate or simply don’t offer the customer good value. The Mobile Marketing Group has recognised this and looked to develop a viable solution for its clients.

Through the new Internet-based HLR service, marketers will be able to manually upload their list of contacts swiftly and easily. The results are delivered quickly into the clients registered account – and are charged per individual query, rather than a standardised batch rate. The online HLR Lookup works in over 100 countries and can check the live status of international mobile numbers. MMG will also provide information beyond simply stating whether a number is valid or not.

This includes MCC/MNC codes, which will show if a number has been ported to a new network. As a result, clients will be informed of a customer’s current network, rather than relying on erroneous data, which can help to cut messaging costs.

IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity Number) data will also be provided. This is sourced from the SS7 network and is often essential for Push to Talk services.

Speaking on behalf of the Mobile Marketing Group, UK Sales Manager Jason Bromley said “This new web-based Home Locator Lookup service allows us to offer clients something completely different. We believe it is one of the most comprehensive, affordable and straightforward HLR Query services currently available. MMG has invested a great deal of time and expertise into creating an accessible product that will deliver a genuine benefit to all those who use it.”

“Unlike typical HLR Lookup services currently on the market, our online system is perfect for checking the live status of mobile records. Instead of uploading only the msisdn which is typical in this sector, we give our clients the choice to either upload number only or upload your complete database and have the query results appended to your records. Typically with other HLR services on the market, you would have to download your HLR Lookup report and then match back to your records. A powerful data cleaning procedure for those companies in the fraud prevention, telemarketing and database service sector.”

Further explaining the importance of this technology, Rachel Aldighieri, Head of Marketing and Communications at the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), says: “Recent DMA research highlights the power of mobile with almost half of consumers responding to mobile advertising going on to make some kind of purchase, making it integral to the business and marketing plans of every organisation. However, for mobile marketing to be truly successful, businesses need to build trust in the medium through accurate targeting and implementing comprehensive data security measures. In creating a product that adheres to DMA best practice guidelines, MMG is able to provide peace of mind to its customers while building trust in the medium.”

The Home Locator Lookup service is launched today by MMG and is available to all new and existing clients. It will immediately form an integral part of the company’s core Mobile Marketing services, which include micro-billing, micro-payment solutions, Bulk SMS Marketing , Two Way SMS and opted in Consumer Marketing Lists To find out more, visit the Mobile Marketing Group website at: http://www.mmgrp.co.uk/.

About the Mobile Marketing Group
